Here at Lamb we ensure all our products are made of the highest quality. However if our products do not meet this high standard of excellence or if you're unsatisfied, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the terms outlined below.

If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or credit note. The product(s) must be returned undamaged in their original condition and original packaging.

If you want to return a product, please follow the 3 simple steps below.

Step One

Email us at emma@lambdesign.ie within 7 days of placing the order. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products. Lamb only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.

Step Two

Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form (this should have arrived with your order) within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Any item returned without a returns form or order number will not be refunded. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Lamb.

Please note:

'Bespoke' items are excluded from the above return terms.

It is very important to note that after 'bespoke' items enter the production process they cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for a credit note. Lamb is not responsible for 'bespoke' items that are not needed anymore or cannot be delivered to the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is proper access to the delivery address for all items that are ordered. We suggest measuring all doorways and entryways as well as related dimensions of which will affect the usage of the item. 

Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser's card and will exclude shipping costs, unless the product(s) is faulty. The refund may take 10 working days but this time varies depending on your bank.
